Your account handles real money. Follow these simple rules to keep it safe.

Protect Your Login

  • Never share your password, transaction PIN (T-PIN) or OTP with anyone, including people who say they are from Southpay Digital Solutions, a bank or a telecom company. We will never ask for them.
  • Use a strong password with letters and numbers, and do not use the same password on other websites.
  • Change your password and T-PIN immediately if you think someone else knows them, and inform us.
  • Always log out after using SouthPay on a shared computer or phone.

Check Before You Pay

  • Double-check the mobile number, DTH ID, account number and IFSC before every recharge or transfer. Payments to wrong details usually cannot be reversed.
  • Check the charges shown on the confirmation screen before confirming.
  • Give the customer a receipt with the order ID and bank reference (UTR) for every transfer.

Use Only the Official Website and App

  • Log in only at https://southpaytn.in or through the official SouthPay app.
  • Do not click login links received by SMS, WhatsApp or email from unknown numbers.
  • Keep your phone and browser updated and use an antivirus on your computer.

Watch Out for Fraud

  • Be careful of customers who want to send money to an account that is not theirs, split large amounts into many small transfers, or are in a hurry and refuse to give details.
  • Never accept requests to "test" a transfer or to refund money that was "sent by mistake" without checking your wallet statement.
  • Report any suspicious activity to us immediately at southpaydigital@gmail.com or +91 9900000001.
